Nice room to let in lovely big family house we have a dog (Springer)house trained large garden very close to town centre and all local amenities. Would be ideal for student or professional person. Although all bills are included food wouldn't be. We have ample parking .We have a laundry room which the person woulld be able to use .We are an easy going tho busy family .We do expect the house to be kept to a certain standard. The person would be responsible for any damages caused by themselves
