I have a lovely room to let in my own three bedroomed home - I am the owner and live in the house. Single room with use of kitchen, bathroom and living room. Have all usual ameneties wifi , washing machine , microwave and cooker etc - Its a nice home and am seeking a quiet tidy person to rent the room - my children are here occasionally so want someone who can respect that - apart from that its a pretty easy going household - I work locally but am away a fair bit so walk expect trustworthiness and ability to keep house clean and tidy. have had two lodgers over the past three years and its worked very well so looking forward to having a new housemate
