Bright double room near beach

Double room with plenty of storage space available in bungalow in Long Rock. Share of lounge, kitchen-diner, bathroom, garden, off-street parking and some storage space available in garage if required. It's in a quiet road just over five minutes' walk to the beach and a lovely pub, plus supermarkets nearby and regular bus service to Penzance.
Although sharing with me, I am away quite a bit so my lodger has the place to themselves some of the time.
About me: I am friendly and easy-going, I keep the place clean and tidy and like to cook healthy food (I'm a pescatarian but am fine about other people cooking meat). I work as a freelance journalist and editor and have lots of different interests, including sport and fitness, current affairs, popular science and arty stuff.
I'm looking for someone reliable and mature (in attitude if not in years), who's also friendly and easy-going. I
I have a small dog who's used to being the only pet so for this reason the room is not suitable for someone with a pet of their own - sorry about that.
