Double room in bungalow, Long Rock

Although this is technically a house share, I work in London so you would have the place to yourself much of the time, especially in the winter.
The room is a good size with lots of wardrobe space. Large, modern kitchen diner. Use of lounge with piano. Shower over bath. Quiet road with off-street parking. Large paved garden to rear. Gas central heating - very cosy in winter. Five mins to beach; near to regular bus route.
I am looking for a professional female; clean and tidy; non-smoker. Mature outlook more important than actual age. I have no objection to a well-behaved pet but you should bear in mind that I am planning to get a small dog, which I will bring to the property when I am there.
I am a friendly, active, easy-going freelance journalist.
