Detached Looe House Wth Stunnng Views

This is our spacious holiday home which we have let for holidays but we have decided that we no longer wish to do that. The house is beautifully furnished with spectacular views across Looe harbour out to the sea.
It has its own garage, parking for 2 cars,, a large front terrace to take in the views and a private rear garden with garden room for storage or bike. You would have the whole house to use bar one bedroom.
It’s up a steep hill, 5 minutes walk down into Looe and to all the facilities, the beach, shops etc, but 10 minutes back up!!!!
It has 3 bedrooms and we would want to retain one bedroom so that we can come down to Cornwall for a few days, every couple of months. We would totally be happy for you to be there when we come.
We envisage either one person taking the whole house and using the large single bedroom as an office or perhaps two friends sharing.
