Double Bedrooms Available (HOT-TUB)

Thanks so much for checking out my property in Looe (No man’s land) it’s a 4 bedroom house and I have decided to rent out on spare room.

Ideally looking for nice quiet tenants who respect the features we have at the house. A lot of money has been spent on the patio/hot-tub area. I’m more than happy for people to use the hot tub as long as it’s treated with respect. The water is emptied and refilled once every 6 weeks. I like to stay very on top of the levels to make sure she stays clean.

If you are a couple wanting to rent a room there will be a £250 surcharge for couples to cover extra bills and upkeep costs.

All pets are considered. However, I will say that if it’s a BIG dog we are unlikely to say yes unless it’s extremely docile. It also depends on how loud the pet is as I will be staying in the house as well and need my sleep.

If you have a criminal history please disclose this. If it’s not disclosed and then comes out later down the line you will be asked to leave. I am very understanding, everyone makes mistakes. However, it must be made known and spoken about so there are no surprises. As long as it was nothing too serious we can look past it.

Absolutely no Vegans. I know it’s a weird thing to say but I do a TON of outdoor bbqs. I don’t want to be lectured about eating meat. Also, if you are into all this woke nonsense please find another place to live. We are a reform household.
