Seeking room to rent, very flexible & open minded

Hi :-)my name is Jaylin, im 38, blonde, bubbly also happy to keep to myself if preferred, itll just be me and my bags work from home online in bedroom is cool, need short term min 4 weeks as plan to travel in a 2-3 months, would also ask for a formal tenancy agreement. Rent for double room hoping to find something between £350- 420. Really dont mind age, gender etc so long as my new flatmate is nice - kind would be even better. I'm currently in Looe and my cats are staying with my ex here so would be good if I found somewhere by Looe, Liskeard, Bodmin or St Austell but if not I would still be grateful for any responses.
