My modern, cosy two bedroom bungalow located two miles from Penzance, in Gulval, is available for a short term let. I am looking to let for 2 - 3 months only from the 13 December 2025 to 15 March 2026.
The property has private parking, and views over the Countryside. The property comes furnished. The open plan lounge diner kitchen has 2x two seater leather sofas, 32” smart tv, dining table with four chairs. It is a great space to be able to relax and unwind. . In the kitchen, there is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of cutlery and crockery. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other as two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle, wc, vanity and heated towel rail. The property can comfortably accommodate four people.
The monthly rent includes all bills except electricity which will be charged to the tenant monthly at 35 pence per unit flat rate with no standing charge. This will be worked out by a meter reading in the property. The property has a vast outside space which is lovely for walking.
There is high speed WiFi provided, perfect for working from home.
The bungalow has a light and bright interior, and is set in parkland, so the views are very green.
