Cosy Single Room, fully furnished

A cosy single room is available in my modest 3 bedroom semi-detached home in Mabe. The room is beautifully light, toasty and warm, and fully furnished with a comfy single bed, open wardrobe, bedside table, bedside lamp, a white roller blind, and a Swiss cheese plant.

The room has a stunning view over the open landscape, with far reaching views over Falmouth. The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Tremough campus and less than 5 minutes walk from Asda and Starbucks, verdant brewery. Penryn train station is about 10-15 mins walk away, with regular trains into Falmouth and Truro. There is a quaint village pub and post office 100m up the hill from the house.

I have a very friendly spoilt cat, and a rabbit. I am a very clean, tidy and quiet person. I live a very busy but quiet life. I’m a teacher and travel a lot in the school holidays, and just like to relax when at home.

It is a shared bathroom and separate downstairs toilet. On road street parking always available. The house is super cosy and I am looking for the right person to share the space, who is equally clean; tidy; thoughtful and respectful. It would be ideal for a quiet friendly student, mature student, or working professional.


The last tenant stayed with me for a whole year, the tenant before her half a year! It is really important to me that I get the right person, so if you are interested, please message me with details of:
