Static Caravan Alternative Living Home Share

Hello,

My name is Meryn. I live in a 2 bedroom static caravan, a 10-15 min drive away from Falmouth town centre. I am an illustrator and part-time restaurant supervisor so I will be out of the house late some nights of the week. I am very sociable and love a good boogie now and again, I also love slower days, tidying, gardening and really hope my new housemate does too!

I'm advertising the double room at the far end which has plenty of storage. You'll get a parking space and a view of the countryside all for just 350 a month, which includes council tax. We are only a 10 min drive away from Helford River and 2 min drive from Argal Lake! The caravan is parked on private land with our landlord a 3 min walk away back along the driveway. I have 4 other neighbours who also live in their static caravans. We are all very close and friendly with each other.

I am a super tidy and respectful housemate and am looking for a likeminded other to share my cosy caravan with. It is a caravan so you need to be okay with up close and personal living as the walls are thin, so be aware you'll need to be okay with this! It can get very cold in the winter so you must be okay with the cold as caravan living can be tough through the winter months. I always get a swim membership during the winter months as showering when it's nearly freezing temperatures is a harrowing task. Electric is on a meter so is very expensive during the winter months as that's how we heat the caravan, so please know to wrap up warm, I use it as little as I can to keep bills below 100 per month. Gas is £30 a month and water £20 a month

* For internet I am with EE and tether off my phone to use internet on my laptop and fire stick, so you'll need to get a good deal together for yourself.
