*Furnished, double room to rent in a recently renovated house in Mawnan Smith.*

The house is spacious and modern, with a garden, parking and outdoor storage. There is an open-plan kitchen, and a large separate living room. We are a 10 minute drive to Penryn, 15 minutes to Falmouth, and within walking distance down to the beach.

You will be sharing with myself (28YO) and my partner (who is only at home for 2 out of 4 weeks). We enjoy outdoor activities (watersports, walking, yoga etc), socialising with friends, but also some quieter time doing our own activities. We also have a little cat, who is mostly outdoor.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, reliable, clean & tidy. Ideally we are looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
