House share in pretty cottage

Female to share cottage near Falmouth.
Must be in full time employment, not working from home (maybe the odd day).A car is essential, as bus routes aren’t great.
My cottage is very cosy, I run a small cookery school from my cottage, so being tidy is necessary. The cottage is fully furnished, so there is only space in the good size double bedroom. Shared bathroom.
Beautiful sunny garden. Lovely kitchen and dining space, cute lounge.
I’m very friendly, as is Wilson, my miniature Labradoodle!
Mawnan Smith is a fabulous village and the surrounding area of the Helford is stunning.
