Double room to let in Mevagissey

Double room available with street parking outside the house. Shared bathroom, lovely fishing village near Heligan gardens. I have a friendly Springer spaniel and two cats but they don't go upstairs. The room has a built in wardrobe , another wardrobe a chest and single bed. There is enough room for a double bed. There is an ariel in the bedroom. The cost includes utility bills and broadband.. I'm looking for a working professional or student that would enjoy my home as much as me. I'm in walking distance of the harbour and about 20 mins from St Austell 25mins from Truro.
