Situated in a quiet rural area and surrounded by countryside with lots of gorgeous coastal / countryside walks on the doorstep and great for cycling, water sports etc. with the lovely sandy beaches of the bay being two minutes walk away. Free parking. Great local pubs, cafes, etc and Plymouth is 5 miles away. via Torpoint ferry. Regular bus service on the doorstep. The popular villages of Millbrook & Cawsand aprox 2 miles away with shops & their characterful pubs The double aspect sunny room offers garden views, double bed, & large wardrobe. Shared bathroom. Free off-road parking. Very well behaved pet maybe considered. There is a large deck with unspoilt sweeping valley views to sit back & relax or a great way to start your day with a peaceful morning coffee. :-)
