SHORT TERM: Cosy room in friendly sunny house

I am looking for a short term housemate to inhabit this cosy, bright single room in my house in Millbrook.

This is available for anywhere between 1 and 6 months.

You would be sharing the kitchen, dining/sitting room, bathroom and garden with me; and occasionally also my partner when he stays over.

The house is very sunny and gets the morning, afternoon and evening sun. The garden is rather overgrown but is nice for sitting out; and similarly gets a lot of sunshine.

The rent is £500 per month, which is all inclusive of council tax, broadband and water. However it excludes electricity which would be split between us each month. There is no gas on the property.

I’m looking for someone quiet (no loud music please), someone who is willing to be considerate in the kitchen (i. e. doing the washing up straightaway and keeping fridge tidy) and fairly tidy in the sitting room, and someone who is fairly self-sufficient, but likes being friendly and having a bit of a chat when we are both around.
