House share with couple

Spacious double room situated a mile and a half from porthtowan beach, relaxed tenants that only use the back side of the house, so the living room is effectively yours to customize, apart from the drum kit. Musician's welcome! There's also a woodland behind the house and a garage for storage. Looking for someone who isn't a party animal, as we've had problems in the past with people leaving stoves on or doors open and letting cats out while drunk.
