One Double Room in a 2 Bed Bungalow - Mount Hawke

Cozy room in a 2 bedroom bungalow in Mount Hawke. Nice bathroom, living room and kitchen. The bedroom for rent is a bit quirky due to its shape, it's not a small room but I found it a little awkward to fit a double bed. The pictures show how I had it.

There’s a nice back garden which gets lots of light through the day, parking in the front for 2 cars, although street parking is fine also (no permits needed)

The reason for renting the room is because I am studying abroad. Your flatmate would be my brother who is 21 years old and working as a teaching assistant in a special educational needs school.

The price listed above is for bills included, the place is fully furnished - you can’t see in the living room in the pictures but there’s 2 recliner sofas and a tv in the living room. The bedroom has lots of storage in the blue cupboards, a desk and double bed.

We are looking for a flatmate who enjoys the outdoors, someone who would take advantage of the nice location - visiting the amazing beaches and coastline nearby! Any duration of stay is fine longer than three months, and up until summer of 2026 when I will return to Cornwall.
