Rural home in a beautiful setting

Room for rent on a smallholding with a large garden. Plenty of outdoor space if you like being outside and our own small woodland. Close to the camel trail so cycling to local towns of Wadebridge and Bodmin possible. We are an environmentally friendly household and would like a lodger who is too.
We have three friendly dogs who live in the large kitchen and they can be a bit loud on occasions. They have their own garden area.
We have fast fibre broadband but the room does not have terrestrial tv.
All bedding can be provided and there is a fridge and microwave on the landing where there is also a seating area.
We have one other lodger who also has her own bathroom.
We are looking for a professional female who is friendly and cheerful and shares our values. The room has a double bed but single occupancy only. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
Washing machine but no tumble dryer, washing can be dried on line or indoor pulley system.
Evening meals can be provided.
