There are glorious views and walks straight from the door onto the moors. Transport is essential, unless you really like long walks in the rain and wind! - we are about 4.5 miles outside Penzance. There is a small garden with patio - all currently rather overgrown but in process of reclamation. Plenty of off road parking but nothing covered. Electric heating. Wifi (extended from our own FTTP) No washing machine within the property but shared use of washing machine and drier is included if required. Price proposed includes all costs - electricity, lpg for cooker, water, wifi, waste disposal. Also includes provision of cleaning materials, bed linen, unless refused.
