Small single room (double bed) with field view

This advert is for the rental of our spare room. It is quite compact, and has a double bed with hanging space and drawers. Not determined to fill it, only determined that if someone does take it, they be the right fit. May consider letting two rooms.

We have 2 cats, so it is not suitable if you are cat allergic or cat phobic as they are sometimes kept indoors only.

We cannot have guests with dogs sorry because of the cats. Goldfish are fine, and chickens…!

Ideally this room would suit one person but we would welcome couples short term, but it might feel a bit cramped.

Aside from being located quite close to the A3071, it is a peaceful household in tranquil surroundings, set in 1.25 acres of mature garden with our own brook. If you are sensitive to traffic sounds you will hear these from the garden. Your room is located and the back of the house and is very peaceful.
