I'm seeking a new housemate to share our beautiful home within Newlyn. Having recently refurbished, the rooms are freshly painted and finished to a high standard.
The double living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom are well kitted out and the available bedroom, which is available to the new tenant is fully furnished, however i would consider offering it unfurnished..
There is a front garden and rear patio with sea views across the bay to the Jubilee, Marazion & the Lizard.
Washing machine also available to use. Gas central heating, WiFi and Netflix :-).
