I am looking for a student or professional to share my home.
The house is in Newlyn, walking distance to town and bus stop. On street parking when available (I've never had an issue finding a space).

The room is a furnished double room. Linen and towels provided. With a small double bed, hanging rail, chest of Drawers and bedside table.
Shared bathroom with excellent shower.
Large living room and separate dining room. Separate Galley kitchen with all amenities, including washing machine.
Large south facing garden.
The house is centrally heated and double glazed.
Full broadband and internet, TV in living room.

I work part time, enjoy cooking, gardening and outdoor living. I love to travel and meet new people. I also enjoy reading, walking, fishing and kayaking. I have 2 adult children who I enjoy spending time with, who live locally.

Rent is £400pcm inclusive of bills, minimum 6 month let, £250 deposit and reference required. Available from 1st Feb 2020 (an earlier date could be considered).
