We are moving to Glasgow for the university term and looking for someone responsible to take over the whole house, preferably.
Total bills average at around 382 and not included (as we are going into the cold season, it would depend on how much you like warmth and baths :)
It's a lovely spot, short drive to plenty of surf beaches like Gwynver, Sennen, Praa Sands. Sea view from the bedroom & comfy mattresses, big kitchen with coffee machine. Piano and guitar available in the living room for musically gifted individuals. Also a projector if you like movie nights.
In Newlyn there are great local pubs, coop, coffee shops, art gallery, nice seafood restaurants. With the addition of e-bikes to the life of PZ you can also cycle to bigger town and enjoy bigger scale fun.
