Looking for a couple to move into our cosy home

Hello there,

We are looking for a couple to move into our lovely 2.5 bedroom home in Newlyn from July onwards.

It’s a beautiful old townhouse on the hill. It is a really spacious, bright and cozy home with lots of cute features. We have a large living area, fitted with bookshelves, a beautifully tiled hallway and a large kitchen overlooking the backyard. The bathroom is also big with a shower over a bathtub.

The bedroom is a large, calm space and gets the late afternoon light. There is also a shared workspace upstairs with room for storing musical instruments, art materials etc…

It has effective heating that kept us warm through the winter and doesn’t have issues with damp.

Currently the bills would be £280 per month for a couple (£140 per person) and a bit higher in winter / if rates change. This includes heating, water, broadband, wifi and council tax.

It has a small front garden planted with palms, agapanthas and camellias and a backyard perfect for storing bikes. There is lots of on street parking outside.

You would be sharing with Jess who is a freelance illustrator and regularly works from home. Jess is a lush house mate. She is both easy going and really clean! Jess loves nature, art and surfing. She’s really friendly and up for making fun plans but also gives you loads of space in the house.

We are really happy to discuss arrangements about furniture once we find the right people.
