Double room available now, close to beach and town

Room with warm and friendly household of two adults (mother and son). Parking space is usually available within easy walking distance, bus stop opposite and we are walking distance from Penzance railway station. The beach and harbour are in front and there are woodland and countryside walks to the rear. You will have one single bedroom and use of a second small room as a sitting room/small kitchenette. You would have shared use of washing machine and outside line. Shared bathroom, one indoor, (one additional outdoor toilet). We have a friendly springer.

The house is generally quiet, both of us work and study. If you're easy going and cheerful, you'll fit in really well. This is only suitable for a single lodger settled in permanent employment with good references. Sadly, we won't be able to respond to enquiries from people who are not settled in work, though we can consider someone on housing benefit if there's a proven impeccable record of previous rent payment.
