Ensuite furnished room in St Newlyn East

I have an ensuite room available in my 4-bed house in St Newlyn East, 10 minutes from Newquay. All bills included.

The ensuite has a bath/shower and vanity unit. The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small desk, bedside tables and under bed storage. The bed is king-size with a memory foam mattress.

Shared use of kitchen and laundry room. On street parking. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Please note there is no shared living space because I use this room as my home office and storage.

The room is available for single occupancy for £550 a month. Available from 15 September.

I work from home for the council and my two housemates work full-time out of the house. We're clean and tidy, respectful of each others' space and keep the noise down, especially at night.
