Double room in beautiful cottage -St. Newlyn East

St. Newlyn East is a lovely, friendly village 2. 5 miles from the A30 and conveniently situated midway down the county. There is a great pub, a shop, post office and butchers. Yoga/ zumba classes.

Shared bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. Well equipped country kitchen. Central heating.
Large shared lounge and snug. Downstairs toilet/ utility room.

I currently have a lovely housemate and have plenty of room for another.

We would like our new housemate to be a working professional who is easy going, tidy and likes cats (I have 2).
I am a busy professional and work 9-5 Monday to Friday. I am often around at weekends. I am sociable and easy going.

The house is relaxed and friendly but NOT a party house!

I have a very large south facing garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
