Double Ensuite Room's in Central Newquay

1 x Great sized Double en-suite fully furnished rooms available in a large town house. Available from the 1st of April. Females preferred please.

These rooms have recently been renovated and come fully furnished. All Bills and Fibre WiFi are included within the rent. There is also a washing machine at the property. The house is situated in the centre of Newquay. Unfortunately the parking spaces have all ready been taken. I live at the property with my son so it's not a party house, we have our own living room but will share the kitchen area. I'm looking for a couple of people who are working, respectable, chilled out and want a great house to live in. Please no party people!! The rooms are available from the 1st April.
