Room in young couples house for rent

We have a double room to rent in our lovely house, available from 1st August.

We are walking distance from Newquay town centre (we are a on a bus route also) and beaches and are a very short walking distance from Morrisons.

We have two friendly quiet dogs.

We are a friendly, laid back and happy go lucky couple looking for a like minded considerate house mate.

Superfast fibre optic wireless broadband is included. Along with use of dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The room is light and airy, has a very comfortable double bed, sets of draws and a large wardrobe.
