The house has a good friendly atmosphere and the kitchen/dining room & outside area, lends itself towards a social environment, without being a party house.

Single Occupancy Only
£580 per calendar month = £133.84 per week including all bills & Wi-Fi, plus £580 deposit, which will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
