There is two shower rooms, two W/C's for X4 tenants. Shared kitchen, separate dining/TV lounge and courtyard gardens front and back.
The house would suit motivated individual, professional. All current tenants share a love of the sea. Due to insurance and mortgage stipulation I am looking for professional tenants ideally with experience of shared living.
