1-2 bed flat- short term let

My flat is going to be empty from February for a couple of months and I am looking for someone who would be interested in taking it on temporarily.
I'm advertising it as renting out one room as I want to have access to the flat but I won't be living there so you'd have the place to yourself. I would let you know in advance if I needed access.
The flat will be completely empty, but I will consider getting a small fridge there if that would be useful, it's just not worth me getting big heavy white goods up there for short term so there won't be a washing machine.
There is a built in electric oven/hob.
The bath has a shower attachment over.

You'd be responsible for topping up the electricity as this is on a key meter but rent would include council tax (if single person occupancy) and water rates.
Couples rate £177 per week to cover full council tax rates.

You could get broadband but usually contracts are for 6+ months so not sure you'd get your money's worth as the let is short term. Perhaps a dongle?
The flat has a parking space in an off road car park.
No dogs permitted as it's a top floor flat. Not ideal for a cat either for the same reason but other animals considered.
Only available to the right person, someone I can trust to look after the property and report any issues.
