King Size Bed - En-Suite

Hi,

I have a Double bedroom available (en suite/Toilet/shower), Fully furnished with a king sized bed and a built-In wardrobe

Semi detached property with rear garden and decking area, BBQ.

I'm really chilled out to live with, keep myself to myself - I only ask of you that my home is respected i. e clean and tidy, respectful towards each other etc.

I have my daughter to stay overnight a couple of times a week so you will need to be someone that is understanding and tolerant of this.

I work shifts (emergency services) I'm always quiet and considerate when coming and going. Due to the nature of shift work - people looking to party on the regular isn't what I'm looking for.

Ultimately I am looking for someone like-minded, who is happy to share a home whilst respecting each other - I tend to keep myself to myself but equally happy to socialise.

On-Street parking only - never an issue to park.

Current housemate is leaving 28th February so available ASAP.
