Please note, next to the house is a pathway leading to a church behind the property. The kitchen window is level to the pathway so on Sundays you will have a few people coming and going past this window, but other than that, the gate is locked and you rarely get anyone walking past.

It’s very quiet inside - it’s an old building and the walls are extremely thick. The road is super quiet, especially with cars. It’s mostly frequented as a cut through by locals. You may hear some noise from town on the odd Saturday night but in the winter town isn’t as busy.

The rent includes water, gas, internet and council tax. The electricity is separate. It's on a meter and is topped up by a meter key at the Spar around the corner.

Please note: the house is currently going through the sale process due to complete Novemelber time so the tenant would be need to commit for October minimum and then be flexible about the move out date.
