Double room in Nansledan with garden

I’m looking for someone to share a 3-bed house in Nansledan from 13th October onwards. The house has a great-sized kitchen-dining room and living room, family bathroom with a bath, spare double room for guests and a garden.

About me:
- Queer, neurodivergent
- Proud cat mother of Dolly Purrton and Lincoln (pictures included!)
- Moved to Cornwall a year ago from near London
- Loves cooking, hosting, sea swimming, yoga and crafts.

My ideal housemate:
- Sociable (likes having visitors)
- Happy to look after the cats from time to time when I'm away when possible
- Hungry (I make a LOT of food)
- Has references from previous housemates

Nansledan is a really lovely area with a friendly community. Some great cafés, a wine bar, and a yoga studio are within a 3-minute walk from the house, and there's a bus directly into Newquay. Also, I'm intentionally leaving 1 spare room so that we can both have friends and family stay over as needed!

Bills included, so rent, gas, electricity, broadband, water and council tax (band E) will all be paid by me out of the £750. The room is available from 13th October, but I may be able to take on someone who won't be able to start the contract until 1st November.
