Double Bedroom in Modern 2-Bed Home

One double bedroom available in a two-bedroom property on the Nansledan development. The ottoman bed frame provides a little extra storage. The main bathroom is shared but I mostly use my own en-suite shower-room. Parking space included. Council tax included. One streaming service included (I generally switch each month).

Would suit somebody looking for a home who is open to sharing meals etc.

Not suitable for people working full-time from home or, anybody who already has or wants pets.

About me - I’m not originally from Cornwall. I spend most of my time on the sea for leisure and work. I’m slightly addicted to watching YouTube cooking channels/videos. I prefer a home filled with music over silence, and when it’s just me I enjoy listening to all sorts of music.
