A lovely double room to rent in my 2 bed house, situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. I will be away with work a lot so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. I'm looking for a quiet, reliable and trustworthy person, in full time employment, to look after my home, and be respectful of the property and my belongings. Rent includes all bills (fair usage), and based on a single person. If a couple, rent will be increased.
There is on road parking, and a car park for residents and visitors. Bus stops at end of my road. 10 minute walk to supermarket, 25 min walk to nearest beach, or a short drive to any beaches!
