We have a downstairs furnished double room that has its own ensuite shower in our family home on a quiet street in Newquay.

Room comes with a double bed, bedside table, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers , Armchair, footstool, ironing board/iron, wooden window shutters, TV and Skybox.
Shared kitchen, living and dining area, garden, patio, bbq, washing machine and dryer. All kitchenalia provided.

12 minutes walk to Newquay Train Station. Close to Concrete Waves, Newquay University Centre and WAX gym.

£650 a month. All bills are included in the price ( electric, heating, water, wifi, TV Licence and Sky TV package).

Parking available for 1 vehicle on the driveway. Plenty of on-street parking.

Secured shed space. Gym with new multi strength and resistance equipment, treadmill, yoga mats, etc.

No couples, please. Preferably be in full-time employment. Sorry, no pets as we already have 2.

Winter let available or on a rolling basis - 1 month notice period.
