Lovely room available at the top floor with sea views.

We are all in our early 40's, busy working and enjoying outdoors. There is one dog in the house and unfortunately we can't accept anymore pets.

Looking for a non smoker, in full time employment, who is clean, tidy and respectfully to the house and other housemates.

Room is at the top floor, double with seaview and it's furnished. There are two bathrooms and additional toilet downstairs. You have kitchen with washing machine and lounge at your disposal too. House is in central Newquay but room is very quiet. Great Western beach is about 5 min walk. House has been renovated few years ago so it's in a very good condition. All bills included and fiber optic broadband but sadly no parking space. Available from 1st of April.
