We have a large double room available to rent long term in central Newquay. The house used to be a surf lodge so the communal areas are very specious and there are lots of bathrooms throughout the house (4 showers/4 toilets).

The room is split into two sections as shown in the photos, where one side could be used as a separate work space/kitchen or living area as desired. There is also a sink in the room.

The price is £180 for either a couple or single occupancy.

Location: Central Newquay, 1 minute walk to Great Weston beach/Train station/Aldi/Asda

Facilities: Large shared kitchen/dining/living area, high speed internet and washing machine, outside space.
