Double room available in three bed, three bath house in Newquay. Looking for a respectable, clean & tidy individual. A working professional with credible references. Long term preferred.

Ample parking, garden with space for surfboards/ bikes, patio, wifi, tv, plenty of storage, all white goods & furniture included. Wanting single occupant in their mid-late 20s, no smokers, no party people (shift workers in the house!)
20 mins walk to closest beach via a village & dog walking field (stunning views). 5 min drive to town or 10 min bus ride - bus stop is out the back of the house & costs £2.

Live in landlord & one other tenant. We keep a clean & tidy household, respecting privacy and quiet time around social living.
