Looking for single occupant (late 20/ early 30s) No smokers, no party people please - this is a very calm and peaceful home.
20 mins walk to closest beach via a village & dog walking field (stunning views). 5 min drive to town or 10 min bus ride - bus stop is two mins walk away & costs £2. Alternatively there a off road cycle route you can take.

We keep a clean & tidy household, respecting privacy and quiet time around social living. Would love to have someone who’s keen for movie nights, the occasional shared dinner or bbq in the summer, and active weekends by the coast.
