Double Room in friendly shared house

🌊 Perfect pad for Winter, cozy cafes, surf beaches & Coastal paths 5 mins walk away, central location yet nested away on the quiet streets!

We have my lovely fully furnished double room in our friendly shared, freshly Renovated house/home in a quiet part of Newquay.

Within 2 minutes walk of Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk of both Fistral and the bay beaches. All bills, unlimited wi-fi and all amenities included with full use of the house. All the parking is on the street.

1 x bathroom with shower, a second separate toilet, and an extra outdoor shower for after surfing/ beaching.

A large shared lounge and kitchen, where you would have your own cupboard and plenty of work space for everyone in the house. Everyone has their own shelf in the fridge and draw in the freezer as well as having full use of the garden which is a bit of a sun trap on the sunnier days :) with a separate board shed and hot walk-in outdoor shower (perfect for when you get back from a surf).

Working only please. We also have a little dog who is well behaved (no barking) and a cute little cat.

⭐️ This is a chilled household, not a party house as everyone is working during the week.

Some of my lovely housemates surf, some are yogis and some are into mountain biking. So an interesting mix!
