Double room in modern furnished flat

Hi, I'm Gabs and I'm on the lookout for a new flatmate.

I've lived in the flat since April 2021 and love it. I've furnished the flat with modern furniture and white goods. Outside there's a patio, grass garden and large shed with room for boards, etc. There's also a drive with free parking.

The double room is bright, modern and has built-in wardrobes with loads of storage space.

The kitchen and bathroom were both fitted just before I moved in and are still fresh and modern.

It's in Porth Way, just outside of Newquay town centre. It's close enough for the convenience of the town, but just enough out of the centre that you avoid the summer madness and traffic / parking issues. It's also walking distance or a short drive to some of Newquay's best surf beaches.

- 10 min walk to Lusty Glaze
- 20-25 min walk to Audi or 5 min drive
- 5 min drive to Watergate Bay
- 10 min drive to Fistral

A bit about me... I'm 27 and Cornish-born. After moving to London for work for 6 years, I returned home in 2020 to be closer to family and the beach! I enjoy nights out on occasional weekends, but during the week I like to stay in, gym, run, surf or watch netflix. I love travel. I also enjoy exploring with a big walk along the coast path.

I love festivals, gigs and in my spare time I write for a music magazine. For work, I'm an advertising creative. I work from home and have a desk space in the living room, but sometimes go to a co-work space in town.

I am very clean and tidy and like to keep the flat & furniture fresh.
