My current flatmate is moving back home to go to university and is leaving on 16/08/24 so it will be available from then

I work 4 days a week 8am - 8pm and do not sleep at the flat 1-2 nights a week.

On my days off i am a very social person and go out quite a lot. This flat would not be suitable for someone working from home or looking for a silent flat.
