Double room in family home

Hi,

We have a large and bright double rooms available in our family home in Newquay.

The three story house consists of a kitchen, dining room, shared living room and private living room on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and private family quarters at the top. The room available shares a shower room and separate toilet on the 1st floor with 1 other person.
There is a large back garden and smaller front garden, which you're welcome to use.

The house is ideally located on Mount Wise, which is a 5 minute walk from town and Towan beach and about a 10 minute walk to Fistral beach. There is free off street parking on the surrounding side roads (not Mount Wise).

The kitchen is fully equipped and amenities include gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer (shared between 2 people), cupboard spaces and access to the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is locked garage storage for outdoor equipment such as surfboards and bikes.

The house is my family home when we are not travelling but the majority of the time is the home of 2 chilled and friendly guys under 30.

We are looking for an easy going, working person to live with (ideally not working from home full time). We enjoy surfing, outdoor sports, being outside and having BBQs in the garden, which you'd be welcome to join us for. But being a family home it is quiet and relaxed and not a hub for parties.

The rent is £160 a week, inclusive of all bills council tax and wifi.
