Lovely Double Room - Close to Town n Beaches

A lovely fully furnished double room which has x2 large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, x2 wide bedside tables and a book shelf.
The house is 10mins walk to town n beaches in a nice quiet neighbourhood area.

On street parking but as it’s a neighbourhood private parking area, it isn’t hard to find a spot.
You’ll have use of the lounge, kitchen (built in dishwasher, washing machine n fridge freezer), bathroom and downstairs toilet.
All bills included with WIFI
Lovely SE facing garden too.
Smoking cigs and vaping is ok but outside only (which is what I do).

This isn’t a party house but might have the occasional g&t catch up or over dinner sometimes if you’re keen to as well.

Must love dogs too as I have a 11 month old cocker spaniel who’s the sweetest girl and full of beans in true spaniel form :) and we are both early risers.

I’m looking for someone who is female, in full time employment (outside of the home), clean, tidy and economical with utilities and someone who is here more long term rather than just the summer season.

I’m a live in landlord and work day shifts in the care industry. I like to socialise occasionally with friends n family and have a couple hobbies on the go.
