Single bed with private use of bathroom

Room has a single bed which pulls out to be a king size if you prefer, with lots of storage underneath. There is a wardrobe and a fold out desk and chair if you WFH.

You’ll have your own bathroom, use of the lounge, kitchen (built in dishwasher, washing machine n fridge freezer), and there’s a downstairs toilet.
All bills included with WIFI
Lovely garden too. Secured shed space to store surf boards etc.
Parking is easy on the estate.

We're looking for a single person who is clean, tidy and economical with utilities. Sorry no couples.

We are a laid back, professional household, one of us is normally WFH in a seperate office. We are pretty easy and laidback people with lots of hobbies including, surfing, travelling, cycling and running.
