The room is a large double with large en-suite with a big shower. The property is over 3 floors with this bedroom on the middle floor. There is parking available and a garage if you have some extra bits, surfboard, SUP, bike etc. Huge and spacious property with a fridge freezer that is shared with another room that is currently rented out and your own cupboard space for other food bits. The kitchen, living room and garden are shared spaces and you are welcome to make use of them any time. I am currently living away but we have one tenant in a room and my mum lives at the property as well. Both are super relaxed, clean, tidy, easy going and respectful people and I would be looking for the same. I am able to guarantee a minimum of 3months with a rolling monthly agreement afterwards. The property is super close to town and the beaches and is in the amazing new development of Nansledan with lots of fantastic cafes and country walks nearby. The community is fantastic and everyone is super friendly so you would definitely feel at home.
