Hi, I'm looking for 2 lovely people to share my home with.
I have a large room spare with huge bay windows, queen bed with heaps of storage.
Also a smaller room with a double bed, window and built in wardrobe plus additional storage and desk.
It's a quiet house as I'm not there alot.
I have a very people friendly dog so no one with pets I'm afraid.
All bills included.
Loads of street parking available and a driveway for a car when I'm not there using it.
Lodgers need to be in full time employment and provide references.
I'm away alot so I need someone respectful, clean and trustworthy.
The house is large with a 3/4 snooker/pool table as a dining room table which also can be set up as a ping pong table. It's a great place to live, multiple patios and decking areas to enjoy.

Town is really close but the house is in a quiet road away from the loud hustle and bustle which I love. I can walk to the beach in 10 mins.
