I have for rent my lovely garden flat for a short let from January to June whilst I am away.

It’s fully furnished to a high standard and in a great location on the edge of newquay/porth, with off street parking and a private garden.

I am looking for someone to take it over on a short term let for up to 6 months initially - potentially with the option to extend.

Perfect for singles, couple or a family of 3.

All bills + council tax included in cost.

No low ball offers please and I am not open to letting out by the room - if you want to buddy up with a friend please sort that out first and act as a lead tenant on their behalf.
